There is no fibre label present, but based on the texture, drape, stretch and print style, this is almost certainly polyester jersey, which became widely used for dresses exactly like this around 1969 onward
We are obsessed with the chic turtleneck and the way the smooth bodice flows into a graceful A-line skirt with a pleated (ribbed) texture
